Project: Sapphire (Demon Werah)

Werah is a demon using an artifact - a Sapphire Ring to siphon power out of the crystal. She uses another artifact, a necromancers bracer which can use any magic to summon the dead. It's in her blood, in her army, and also lighting her back-lamp, hehe.
